We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu. Cook will prepare the dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 per hour

Experience: Some experience as Cook is required.

Job Duties-

• Get customers’ orders and prepare food according to specification
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Cook / prepare the provided menu items
• Sanitize food preparation and serving areas
• Prepare, arrange, and serve food to waiters for distribution
• Package foods for serving workers to deliver to customer
• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and order Training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of foods
• Monitoring and managing cooking tools and ingredients
• Making adjustments to accommodate clients with specific diet and health concerns

Job Requirements-

• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent physical condition and stamina
•  Understanding of food preparation techniques
• Able to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and moving around
• Proven experience as cook
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
