Venus Law Corporation is looking for a high-functioning, reliable, and self-motivated individual to fulfill the role of Administrative Officer and to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Job Duties:
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· Develop and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems,
· Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information,
· Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures,
· Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met,
· Carry out administrative activities of establishment,
· Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence,
· Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
· Delegate work to office support staff
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an assistant or office admin will be an asset
· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners and fax machines
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS word)
· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
